PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Certain products or services offered by That Leaf may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders or other advanced purchase arrangements. This policy outlines how these purchase options operate and how you may change or cancel them.
SECTION 1 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where available, subscriptions provide recurring deliveries of products based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to securely store your payment details and charge your selected payment method for recurring orders unless prepaid arrangements apply.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing cycle by:
(a) using the subscription management link included in your order confirmation email; or
(b) contacting us at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com.
Changes or cancellations made after a recurring payment has been processed may apply to the following billing cycle.
Subscription orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped may not be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders for items that are not yet available or currently out of stock.
When placing a pre-order, you may be required to:
(a) pay the full purchase price upfront;
(b) pay a partial deposit; or
(c) provide payment details for future processing once stock becomes available.
Estimated release or dispatch dates are approximate only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier or shipping delays outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been processed or dispatched by contacting us at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com.
Once a pre-order has been shipped or fulfilled, cancellations and refunds will be subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 3 - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
Where offered, try before you buy purchases allow customers to trial eligible products before final payment is processed.
By placing a try before you buy order, you authorise us to temporarily pre-authorise your nominated payment method before dispatching the product.
You will have the trial period specified at checkout to decide whether to keep or return the item.
If the product is not returned in accordance with the instructions and timeframe provided, your payment method may be charged for the full purchase amount.
Returned items must be in acceptable condition, subject to fair wear and reasonable inspection.
SECTION 4 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
