SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within Australia.
Some fresh or perishable products may only be available for local delivery within selected areas of Victoria. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.
If we are unable to fulfil your order due to shipping limitations, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Fresh products, including microgreens and sprouts, may be harvested to order and can require additional preparation time.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, market weekends, product launches or unforeseen circumstances.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions or other factors outside our reasonable control.
That Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier providers or events beyond our control.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, delivery method and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to specific terms and conditions.
SECTION 5 - PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Fresh microgreens, sprouts and other perishable items should be unpacked and refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
Because perishable products are sensitive to shipping conditions, customers acknowledge that minor variations in freshness, appearance or shelf life may occur during transit.
We are not responsible for spoilage, damage or delays resulting from:
(a) incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
(b) unattended deliveries;
(c) delayed collection from postal facilities; or
(d) carrier delays outside our reasonable control.
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
SECTION 6 - LOCAL DELIVERY
Where local delivery is available, delivery areas, delivery days and minimum order requirements may apply.
Customers must ensure delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive perishable orders where required.
SECTION 7 - LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes and parcel handling are outside our direct control.
SECTION 8 - INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned to us or require redelivery.
