REFUND POLICY

At That Leaf, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible change of mind purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be:
(a) unused and in the same condition that you received it;
(b) in its original packaging; and
(c) accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval may not be accepted.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
(a) the item is damaged;
(b) the item is defective; or
(c) you receive the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:
(a) is faulty or unsafe;
(b) is not of acceptable quality;
(c) is not as described; or
(d) does not perform as reasonably expected.

SECTION 3 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned due to health, safety and hygiene reasons, including:
(a) fresh microgreens;
(b) sprouts;
(c) perishable food items; and
(d) opened seed products.

We do not accept returns for:
(a) gift cards; or
(b) downloadable digital products, where applicable.

Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at thatleaf.microgreens@gmail.com.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order once your return request has been approved.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 6 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers are entitled to certain guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including that goods supplied will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
