From harvest, they maintain quality for at least 7 days, and up to 14 days when stored correctly, reducing waste and improving service flexibility.

We offer single varieties as standard, and can create bespoke mixes to suit your menu, plating style, or seasonal changes — just ask.

How We Grow

All microgreens are grown using organic and sustainable practices.

Our seeds are non-GMO, chemical-free, and we do not use pesticides or synthetic inputs at any stage of growing.

Packaging is fully compostable, aligning with kitchens focused on sustainability without compromising quality.

We grow a curated range of microgreen varieties, each with its own flavour profile and lead time.

• Orders require 3–5 weeks’ notice, depending on variety

• Harvest and deliveries are typically Monday–Tuesday

• Local delivery is $5 per order
